Breakfast is available at €15.00 per person.

Full board: You can book private dining experience in a nearby critically acclaimed restaurant. From bookings to recommendations, our concierge service can help you make the most of your visit.

Pets: Pet-friendly hotel, pets stay complimentary.

Arrival & Check-in : After 2:00 pm until 23.00/Early and late check-in is available upon request.

Departure: Before 12:00 pm/Late departure is available upon request.

Room Reservations: Reservations are taken over the phone, by e-mail or our online booking system. All guests are asked to provide Credit Card details to guarantee the reservation. No deposit will be charged prior the check-out, save reservations with special conditions.

Group reservations are accepted under specific conditions, unless specifically determined withing the offer. Group reservations are determined as reservations of five or more rooms. Standard conditions for group reservations are: Guests pay a non-refundable and non-amendable advance payment amounting to 50% of the total reservation amount to confirm and secure the reservation. A further 15% of the total amount of the reservation is paid 60 days prior to arrival and the remaining 35% at arrival.

Prepayment: No pre-payment is taken at the time of the booking. Credit card details are provided for the guarantee purpose only and the card will not be charged prior the arrival, except in the cases of a late cancellation, no-show or a non-refundable advance prepayment reservations. The total balance for the stay is settled by the guest during the check-out.

Cancellation policy: Guests can cancel their confirmed/guaranteed reservations complimentary up to 2 days until 10:00 am prior the arrival date. For the late cancellations the following fees will apply:

  • if the reservation is cancelled 2 days or less before the arrival, 80% of the full reservation amount will be charged.
  • In case of “No show” (after midnight, without prior arrangement), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Standard cancellation terms for group reservations: The advance payments made for group reservations are non-refundable, except if a medical certificate of a positive COVID-19 infection is produced. 

Children policy: Children age 4 and under stay free in the room with their parents and in existing bedding (up to 1 child per room). Children over this age will be charged equally as adults, €60.00 per person per night.

Damage: Any incurred damage to the hotel’s property during guest’s stay will be charged according to Antiq Palace Hotel price list.

Technical Issues

In credit to the Antiq Palace Hotel being a historic residence and therefore its unique architectural features are protected and exempt from any modifications or constructive alterations. Antiq Palace Hotel carries no or limited liability for any possible inconvenience caused due to the failure of the historic residence to meet the same level of technical standards as the newly built property.

Luggage Handling Policy

Antiq Palace Hotel takes no liability for any possible damage incurred to registered guests’ luggage that might have been caused due to the manufacturing defect, airline mishandling or damage that may result from normal wear and tear. In case the damaged luggage item is covered by a global warranty Antiq Palace Hotel recommends that a guest seeks repair or replacement directly with the vendor.

Redirection of Reservations

In the unfortunate case when Antiq Palace Hotel is forced to redirect clients’ reservation (partially or for the duration of the full stay) to the alternative property that offers same level of service, Antiq Palace Hotel will arrange for the transportation to the accommodation establishment from the Antiq Palace Hotel as well as cover any possible price difference incurred by the change of the reservation (difference in the room rate). Antiq Palace Hotel will ensure that the guest is notified within at least 24 hours of the change of the reservation provided that Antiq Palace Hotel was supplied by correct guest’s or agent’s contact information. Antiq Palace Hotel takes no responsibility for possible inconvenience caused due to client not receiving the notification in light of the contact information being incorrectly provided.
